At the same time, AI citizen support was integrated, providing immediate answers and guidance on basic questions, reducing communication overload and improving the user experience. Particular emphasis was placed on compliance with WCAG accessibility standards, ensuring that the website is accessible to all citizens, enhancing the transparency, inclusiveness, and usability of the Municipality’s digital platform.
