1. Senior PHP Developer
Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master degree in computer science/informatics or equivalent
- Good command of English language (spoken and written)
- 3+ years experience in commercial software projects
- Experience with OO PHP
- Experience with Zend Framework 1.9+
- Experience with SQL and MySQL 5.1+
- Experience with Web servers (Apache)
- Experience with REST or SOAP
- Experience with Memcache
- Ability and willingness to work in a team
- Good analytical and communication skills
- Willingness to study and advance in the new technologies
- Write scalable and high performance code
- Familiarity with revision control software
Advantages:
- Experience with other PHP MVC frameworks (Symphony 1.3+, CakePHP 1.3.7+, etc);

Main Responsibilities:
- Implements project modules/solution components according to the project requirements
- Follow the instructions of and report to his/her Team Leader
- Follows the project/company standards and team working procedures
- Participates in Quality Assurance activities such as design and code reviews, unit and integration testing, etc
- Participates in MySQL structure & query optimization discussions.

2. Flash Programmer – Multimedia Engineer – Actionscript Developer
What you need:
- 3+ years of Adobe Flash Media Server experience
- 3+ years professional experience in Flash and Flex programming (AS3)
- Technological background in OOP
- Strong experience working on a many-to-many video chat application
- Actionscript Development Experience
- Front End Experience (HTML, XHTML, CSS, Ajax, JavaScript)
- System and/or application development experience
- Experience with client side pages performance optimizations
- Experience with Adobe CS4+
- Good command of ENGLISH language
- Problem solving skills and ability to meet deadlines
What you’ll be doing:
- Develop new features for our site
- Full Life Cycle Development
- Work with CTO, designers and developers to define new features
- Develop related applications/utilities, widgets, and help build out our platform
